Charging is very simple. When charging, 1 battery provides a current of up to 0.45A maximum (5V 0.45A at the input from the network via USB). If there are 2 batteries, then only 0.3A per battery (5V 0.7A from the mains). 3 batteries are being charged with a current of up to 0.23A each (5V 0.85A from the mains). And if there are 4 batteries, then each will receive only up to 0.18A (from a 5V 1A power supply).
When charging, the LED lights up red. When the charge is complete - green. The empty slots also light up green. It doesn't heat up. Charges the battery to 4.19...4.20V.
