A charger of this form factor with passive cooling certainly won't output almost a kilowatt per port, but nonetheless, the soldering iron drew 170W from it without any trouble, and the consumption at 220V was 180W, considering that not a single phone has yet learned to consume that much at once. I think the charger is quite good 👍 for 2400, I ordered another one.
Of course, there are no 800 watts. From all Type-C ports, it outputs at least 45 watts. Loaded with a laptop. Via USB-A, it delivered 26 out of the nominal 30. Also fine. Got it on sale for 2400 rubles. Overall good, can charge several phones and a laptop at the same time.
Very real but I don't know if it provided the mentioned charging power or not.

Overall, everything is fine. The casing is plastic, not metal. The maximum power from one output is 140 watts according to PD. The 800 watts mentioned are apparently the total from all outputs.
Excellent charger, haven't taken measurements yet, but it handles the ALIENTEK T90 soldering iron well; that's actually the main reason I bought it.
