I just received the package, the packaging is completely torn. I can't say yet if the device is working because I'm waiting for the second package containing the rechargeable batteries. If the device turns out to be faulty, I will request a refund.
The quality and price are good; I just need to get the rechargeable batteries and try it out.
It doesn't work, it doesn't charge, only the LCD screen turns on with all the icons and that's it. Asked for and received a refund. Too bad for the non-functioning item, it would have been really useful.
Unfortunately, it was sent to me with a US plug. The complaint process and refund went smoothly.
